For the ones who carry everything.

I work with a select number of adults, including executives, leaders, and high-achieving professionals who are used to solving every problem themselves. Until they aren’t.

On paper, everything is working. Privately, something isn’t.

The people I see run companies, lead teams, and make decisions that affect many lives. It might be the sense that the drive that got them here is starting to cost too much, or the gap between who they are at work and who they want to be at home. It might be grief, a transition, a marriage under strain, or the weight of always being the capable one.

Often, they haven’t really talked about it with anyone. Therapy is where they finally do.

What brings people here

Burnout

Running on empty while keeping up the appearance of control.

Pressure & isolation

The loneliness of decisions no one else can make.

Transition

Career pivots, exits, retirement, and who you are without the title.

Family strain

The cost of ambition on marriages, children, and friendships.

High-functioning anxiety

Anxiety that looks like drive from the outside and never lets up inside.

Grief

Loss of a parent, a partner, or a version of yourself.

How we’ll work together

This work is active and focused: not passive listening, and not open-ended reflection without direction. We use evidence-based methods, including CBT and DBT-informed skills, adapted to how busy, high-functioning people think.

The goal is clarity, resilience, and alignment between your values and your days, so you can keep doing work you care about without it consuming everything else.

Sessions are confidential within the limits of the law, which I explain at the start. Scheduling works around demanding calendars, and secure video is available for clients who travel or prefer not to come to an office.

Couples therapy

Strong partnerships drift under the weight of careers, children, loss, and change. Couples therapy is a structured place to stop repeating the same argument and understand what’s underneath it.

Communication

Breaking recurring conflict cycles; talking about hard things without escalating or shutting down.

Transitions

New parenthood, moves, career changes, an empty nest: moments that reshape a partnership.

Parenting as a team

Getting aligned on how to support a child who is struggling.

Loss & stress

Grief, illness, or long pressure that has pulled you apart.
